Dave Bellandi

Marketing Executive with 20+ years of B2B Marketing and Sales Experience with companies like Hewlett-Packard, FrontRange Solutions (GoldMine and HEAT), Immunix, MAYAN Networks, E-Stream and many more. Dave has a track record of achieving aggressive business results through rapid improvements in marketing strategy, positioning, communications, lead generation, and aggressive selling. Strong knowledge and experience in corporate, product, and field marketing on a global basis.

Over the past 4 years, Dave has focused his company, Bellandi Group, on creating breakthrough gains in email marketing in order to assist small, mid-size and large companies get to executives with their message. Prior to Bellandi Group, Dave was the Sales & Marketing VP at Immunix, a startup in the security appliance space. Dave lead the effort to refocus the marketing strategy away from an OS play, to a security appliance play, put is place a strong sales team, territories, quota, and commission plan. With weekly leadership, the team was able to build a $600k funnel in just 4 months. Dave also created a reseller channel strategy and was successful in recruiting 20 new resellers per quarter.

As VP of Worldwide Marketing a FrontRange Solutions, Dave CRM software and processes to automate many aspects of the sales and marketing activities. Examples include complex lead generation modeling to optimize the marketing mix, improving the quantity of qualified leads by using campaign management and lead incubation methods, and finally, improving the sales of an indirect channel with lead distribution and disposition software.

Previously, as the VP of Corporate Marketing for MAYAN Networks, Dave started a marketing organization from the ground up for an emerging startup in the optical networking space. Focusing closely on defining marketing strategy, corporate and product positioning, Dave translated these into sizzling marketing collateral, events, and PR activities and was able to put MAYAN Networks in the scoreboard as one of the key emerging players in the 99' and 00' optical market.Before contributing to these startup companies, Dave enjoyed a long technical career at Hewlett-Packard where he contributed to all aspects of technical marketing, including field marketing, product marketing, market development, new business development, multi-divisional marketing, outbound and corporate marketing.
