Curt Jernigan

Curt has over 25 years of industry experience in roles and functions that include: Business and Product Development (technology partnerships & acquisitions; business development deals, strategic alliances., negotiations, contracts, and relationship management); Procurement (out-sourcing, commodity and supply chain management, negotiations and contracts, technology acquisitions and procurement group manager); Engineering (process, manufacturing, plastics and chemical); Sales and Marketing (sales engineering and marketing program management); Quality (vendor Ship-to-Stock and 6-sigma process certification programs).

As a 20-year veteran in Digital Equipment and Compaq, Curt served as an experienced internal consultant and mentor while in his roles as Technology Acquisition Manager and Senior Manager, Business Development & Contract Relations. Curt brings depth of experience across a broad range of technologies and business functions.

Curt holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Arizona State University. He is currently active with the Licensing Executives Society.
