Carol is an international business executive with more than 20 years of experience in the branding and design industry. She has built and managed creative businesses in Europe and the U.S., has extensive experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) branding, and over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for branding and design firms.

Examples of companies include: Landor Associates, based in London, Paris, Rome and Milan; Addison Design Company, Italy; Landor Associates, San Francisco Headquarters; Enterprise IG San Francisco; and MossWarner in California and Connecticut.

Previously held positions include Executive Director of Consumer Branding, Managing Director of Europe, Managing Director of Italy, Senior Executive Director of Sales and Marketing in the U.S., Global Marketing Director, President and CEO, and Group VP. Carol holds a B.A. degree in Fine Arts and Italian.
